Meet Our Staff

Susan Danton

Susan is the aesthetic nurse with McCormack Plastic Surgery. She graduated from Loma Linda University with a B.S. in nursing and continued her education with first assistant training from U.C.L.A. She has over 10 years of experience working as a plastic surgery nurse and R.N. surgical first assist. Susan’s experience also includes certifications as a Clinical Plastic Surgery Nurse and as an operating room nurse.

Years of experience within the field of plastic surgery have refined her ability to meet patient requests with state of the art techniques and provide them with aesthetically pleasing outcomes. Susan’s extensive history as a surgical nurse combined with her knowledge of cosmetic plastic surgery facilitates rejuvenation of the face using minimally invasive techniques.

She loves what she does and works hard to incorporate current techniques through up to date training courses and seminars. She is expertly trained in the use of Botox® and dermal fillers such as Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm.

Susan emphasizes patient education to produce the best results in line with patient expectations and desired outcome. She looks forward to serving new and existing patients and making your facial rejuvenation experience both personable and pleasant.

Susan is happily married and enjoys spending time with her two grown children and grandchildren. She also loves traveling, gourmet cooking, and fashionable shoes!

Brandi Myers

Brandi is a licensed aesthetician at McCormack Plastic Surgery with extensive education and training from a number of institutions including the International Academy of Style, Dermal Institute in Pleasanton, CA, Xa Dermal Institute in Pleasanton, CA and The Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Calistoga, CA.

Having received her aesthetician license in 2005, Brandi has worked in both the day spa and beauty industry for several years now and strives to provide quality treatments to obtain skin health and overall relaxation. She performs facials, body treatments, eyelash extensions, waxing, and eyelash and brow tinting, and has extensive experience working with cosmetic make-up application.

Activities Brandi enjoys are centered around her family as well as reading, hiking, and gardening. Her favorite quote is “There is a vitality, a life force, that is translated to you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique” -Martha Graham

Rosie Browne

An RN since 1996, Rosie is Dr. McCormack’s clinical nurse. Her nursing background is diverse, having worked mostly as a recovery room nurse for children and adults undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. She moved to Reno with her family in 2000 and initially worked at an outpatient surgery center until she took maternity leave. Rosie stayed home while her children were little but remained busy investing in and managing several real estate properties. She joined Dr. McCormack in 2007, and has enjoyed every bit of it. You will meet Rosie during your initial consultation and will also spend a great deal of time with her during your pre operative visit where she will take you through the pre- and post-operative instructions as well as your consent process. She can email most of these forms to you ahead of time so that you have a chance to read through them before your appointment.

Judy Thomas

As Dr. McCormack’s patient care coordinator, Judy’s role is to facilitate the consultation process. After your consultation, Judy will provide you with information about pricing and scheduling. She has over 11 years experience in the plastic surgery industry and loves her profession.

Good people skills and a genuine care for others led her into a patient care coordinator career. She has been extremely helpful in aiding our patients with her understanding of specific procedures and facilitating the process of scheduling surgery. As office manager, she is responsible for the overall smooth running of all office activities. Her honesty, dedication, and loyalty makes her a pleasure to work with and be around.

Jen Loosli

Jen is a licensed aesthetician & medical assistant at McCormack Plastic Surgery who brings over 10 years
of experience working within the medical/dental sector. She received her aesthetician license here in
Reno, and is certified through The International Dermal Institute.

Jen’s education & wealth of experience has propelled her into a versatile role here at McCormack
Plastic Surgery. In addition to assisting Dr. McCormack in preparing our patients pre & post operatively
– Jen also holds many certifications and is invaluable to our patients in performing: LightSheer Duet
(advanced hair removal), chemical peels, CoolSculpting® (non-invasive body contouring) and post operative skin
rejuvenation – helping our patients to maintain their results.

Jen routinely spends time consulting with our patients to ensure that educated treatment decisions are
made as a means of ensuring advantageous and natural-looking patient results. When not in the office,
Jen can be found outdoors where she particularly enjoys: wakeboarding, snowboarding, camping and

Chris Farringer

Since receiving her surgical first assist certification from U.C.L.A. in 1998, Chris has dedicated herself entirely to serving patients on and off the operating table. She has been working in the field of plastic surgery as a R.N. surgical first assist for 14 years. On surgical days, Chris is at Dr. McCormack’s side in the operating room. When she is not assisting Dr. McCormack during surgery, Chris brings her caring and dedicated personality to the office by teaming up with office manager Judy on clinic days as the Patient Coordinator and Surgery Scheduler.

Chris is happily married with two beautiful children. Her passions include being a mom and cooking really good food for her family. Chris also takes her eye for the aesthetic art home with her, helping friends decorate their homes.
