Dr. Kaylee Scott specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the breast, body, and face. She is dedicated to helping patients in Reno and the surrounding communities look natural, feel confident, and achieve results that align with their goals.
Originally from North Dakota, Dr. Scott graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota before earning her medical degree from The University of Wisconsin–Madison. She was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, highlighting her academic excellence and leadership. She is also a member of the Association of American Indian Physicians (AAIP) and is among a small number of Native American plastic surgeons in the United States.
Dr. Scott completed her integrated plastic surgery residency at University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City, training at a high-volume Level I trauma center and the renowned Huntsman Cancer Hospital. There, she developed advanced expertise across the full spectrum of plastic surgery, from complex reconstructive procedures to aesthetic refinement.
Dr. Scott is dedicated to helping patients become the most confident version of themselves. She offers a full spectrum of cosmetic procedures, including breast surgery (breast augmentation, lift, reduction, and revision), body contouring (tummy tuck, excess skin removal, and liposuction), and facial rejuvenation (brow lift, facelift, neck lift, and blepharoplasty). In addition to cosmetic surgery, she specializes in breast reconstruction following cancer treatment. She believes that cosmetic and reconstructive surgery go hand-in-hand and takes pride in helping patients restore both confidence and quality of life.
